"The triple comfort room was amazing. Plenty of space with the loft style apartment, right near everything but tucked away so that it was completely silent at all times. Truly a hidden gem. The AC was necessary during the Europe heat wave! The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful and helped us make multiple dinner and drinks reservations. 5/5. Breakfast was awesome!!"

"My husband and I had a great experience at this rental. It’s more like a B&B with a host. Our hostess was very communicative and helpful and prepared an amazing breakfast at the other Ballarooms property (less than 5 minutes away). It was great having A/C to combat the heat. Our room was spacious, with lots of room to spread out, and the bathroom was clean and functional."

"This property is centrally located in Palermo old town, walking distance to most of sites. The rooms are cleaned everyday and the building is securely managed. What most impressive is manager who is accommodating and spends a lot of time in the property, answering questions and giving suggestions. We originally booked a room without window due to overlooking the descriptions of the room, and we didn’t feel well after the first night of staying. The manager tried his best rearranging room...

"Siamo stati nella struttura a fine aprile, due coppie con stanze separate, ci siamo trovati a meraviglia. La struttura è in posizione perfetta, vicinissima alla stazione ferroviaria di palazzo reale-Orleans, praticamente 200 mt a piedi (comodissima per chi viene in aereo dall’aeroporto di punta Raisi), alla fermata dell’autobus per Monreale. È vicino alla maggior parte dei punti d’interesse del centro storico. L’ambiente è vivace, per la presenza di giovani studenti universitari, le camere...
