Bathroom door needs sorting as door doesn't latch and a shower tidy would be useful in the cubicle."
"The staff in every section were fantastic, Cheerful, helpful and very polite. Food was cooked to perfection, Breakfast had plenty of choice and would cook extra things for you if they had it. For us, a couple in our 70's it was absolutely 100% perfection and if we come back to Chester again we will certainly be staying here."
"Great hotel. Had a nice upgrade. The room had a comfy bed and was very clean. There was an ac unit in the bedroom which helped cool the room down. The only thing was the shower pressure was very low and cut out a couple of times. "

"Lovely and clean , easy to find , car parking was easy enough after Hayley showed us the way around the back, room was so comfy, we had a separate bathroom , so husband got confused and got a little lost, but easy sorted. Breakfast you were spoilt for choice absolutely amazing. Thank you Hayley for sorting the single to a double bedroom without hassle . Definitely would recommend. "
"What a beautiful hotel! The style of the room ( I was in the Horse Racing style room) was amazingly done, modern but with traditional features, the bathroom was absolutely gorgeous! Very chic! Will definitely return again. The staff were amazing from check in to requests, nothing was too much trouble. The smell of the lobby was devine. Breakfast was delicious with great choice and a wonderfully friendly waiter. Lovely stay thank you! "
"Really enjoyed my stay, the staff were amazing, only issue (very minor) is the towels weren't the best. The material comes off and sticks to your skin. Other than that, I will gladly book another stay in the future."

"Fabulous stay, beautiful building, excellent location next to lovely pubs, restaurants and shops. Nice walk along the canal into the centre of Chester. Breakfast was beautiful with lots to choose from and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again."
"We just spent one night in Chester to visit the rows which is a reputation of the city. The hotel itself a bit far from downtown which takes about 20 minutes by walk. The room is a bit small with no view. There is no an elevator and the stairs is quite narrow. Pros are good breakfast, free car parking, and big bed. "
