"What impressed me the most was the exceptional staff. While I was waiting for my room to be ready, they thoughtfully placed the luggage I had left with them directly in my room, which was such a lovely touch. "Clean, comfort"

"Great stay"

"Excellent facilities, kaiseki and even better staff and their hospitality!"

"Great hotel and amazing staff! They were so professional and the location is a bit far from city centre but there’s a free shuttle that drops you off right in the heart of town!"

"Near JR OTARU . Good location for travel just walk."
