Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The hotel is modern and had everything I needed. The public bath was an added bonus. A great location when you have to be at Kansai Airport for an early morning flight.

This a a well maintained property and I would absolutely stay there again. It's perfect for relaxing for the day before a flight out of KIX, and really convenient. This property has a high capacity and so it's always buzzing with activity. That said, the rooms are very quiet and the beds are extremely comfortable.

The reserved airport limousine was very helpful with getting my luggage to KIX. The subway line is right next to the hotel so it’s perfect for traveling on public transport too. Laundry facilities were clean and easy to use!

Hotel is very near to airport. Breakfast is at 21F, with great view. However breakfast does not have much variety. There are 2 tax free shops located nearby. One of the shop even operates 24 hours, where you can do your last minute shopping. Overall a nice stay.

Great location, walking distance to the train. Check in process was quick and easy. Loved the amenities including the public bath, sauna, and rooftop terrace. The room was a bit small but loved that they offered a triple bed room for our party of 3. The free shuttle to the airport was a great touch!

Lugguage storage room is great. Shuttle to airport is useful but due to limited space, need to book the shuttle right after reserve the room. Room floor is sticky (non carpet portion), seems not mopping / cleaning. Shower booth design is bad and whole room would be wet after shower. You can only leave the towels / clothing outside the booth. It would be embarrassing if the two people are not couple.

I drove up to the driveway ... and there was no bellboy at the lobby to help with luggages. Everything has to be DIY; even the check-in procedures are supposed to be done DIY via iPAD. No one to help with bringing your luggages to your room as well. Everything was pretty basic. Cleanliness is acceptable.

Overall, this is a very nice hotel. But central air-conditioning is the biggest failure of this place. I sweat through my pajamas and slept on top of the sheets. You cannot adjust the temperature of the room and it was so hot, humid and sticky in the room. It was very convenient, but for that reason alone, I would not stay here again. I did not sleep and I had to be up at 5 AM for a flight. I know that in many countries air-conditioning is a luxury and it sounds snobby. But for me, it is an absolute necessity.

Very nice hotel, clean, quiet. Self service with the cart to carry our luggage up to our room. Nice free drink & sweet on the rooftop floor in the evening very beautiful view with lights on, we can see the Kansai airport too. Good breakfast buffet on this same floor. Well stay again if we come back here.

It was a very memorable time for our family. Very clean, quite and easy access to go to the station and stores, (711, Lawson, Family Mart and the supermarket). There's a little hiccup when we had to move room cus our AC leaked but they made thing right by giving us free breakfast for the rest of the stay. The breakfast was great with so many varieties to choose from. Definitely a recommended place to stay when you are in Osaka.
