This property was beyond exceptional, staff was very professional went about to make us feel at home. I love the massage chairs after long days out and the laundry room was such a great plus.

Beautiful large rooms. Perfect amenities for the whole family. We’ve been to 6 different hotels in our latest Japan trip and this was by far the best. They had the best breakfast buffet and yummiest French toast!

Booked room for World Expo and it was SO convenient! Just what my tired feet needed after a LONG day at the Expo. Also the Onsen/Spa was terrific! I went every night even though I was tired because it helped me relax and i felt so much better afterwards.

Across the street from the commuter train station, 3 mins walk to 7-Eleven and 5 mins walk to Lawson's convenience stores. 20 mins walk to Universal Studios entrance. Very large and clean hotel with decent sized rooms and good shower. Good restaurant on-site too.

The hotel was gorgeous. The room was huge. We didn’t eat here for breakfast, but we did have the buffet dinner which was delicious. This is definitely a more premium hotel and the restaurant prices reflected this but there is a 7-11 next door for cheaper options. It was walking distance to Universal Studios which is why we chose this hotel and the train station is conveniently across the street.

Didn’t have any breakfast there, but had the course meal at the first floor bar - it was delicious and great personal atmosphere. Walkability to train station was amazing, didn’t need to catch train to universal city if you don’t mind a small walk. Lawson & 711 convenience stores right outside was also great! Bath house spa option also wonderful. Massage area could be more private, no doors so sound carried through a lot and could hear lots of noise in what would’ve been a peaceful spa massage. Overall a wonderful experience & would stay again!
