寒がりのため、暖房をお願いした所、ビルトインは送風のみの季節の為、わざわざ部屋まで、ヒーターと毛布を持って来て下さいました。とても親切でした。

活気を取り戻せば、良いホテル。

関西空港に近い事もあり、コロナの影響を受けているホテルの一つかと思います。使える設備も限定されており、本来の持つ力を出せてない時期ですね。是非頑張ってもらいたいと思います。設備的な物は、ある程度の経年劣化を感じますが、清潔に管理されているかと思います。課題はタオルの質が、タオルの産地泉州にありながら、かなり低い事かと思います。

１１３系追跡基地として

日根野駅からホテルの地図が駅に設置されており、大変助かった。 また、踏切を挟んでコンビニもあった。 しかし、取れた部屋が12階だったことから、急ぎたいときには不便だった。 さらに、早朝深夜も入り口は解放されており、思い通りの旅行ができた。

禁煙室を予約したのだが部屋に煙草の臭いが染み付いていた。バスルームも見た目は清潔だったがトイレ独特の臭いがこもっていて、換気扇をまわしても解消されなかった。使用できるコンセントが居室内に1口しかないため（何故かバスルームには2口ある）、パソコンやスマホ、ポケットWi-Fiやモバイルバッテリの充電がやや不便だった。無駄にアメニティが多かったので、アメニティなしのオプションなどがあるとありがたかった。 ただ関空へのアクセスは非常に良く、値段も安かったので十分許容範囲だった。

Old hotel but Excellent in Service

We booked 1 night stay as to catch our delayed flight due to Typhoon Krosa. First of all I wanna say thank you to the front duty manager for being accommodating and helping us to arrange a taxi to the airport. While we were waiting for our taxi at the lobby in the middle of the night, he switched on the aircon and music for us and not leaving us in the dark. There is a neighbourhood mall, AEON which is about 20mins walk and you can get food and do groceries. The room is not small by a Japanese standard where we can placed 2 huge luggages and 1 mini stroller. The bathroom comes with a bathtub which is quite deep. If you are below 160cm, might have slight problem getting in and out from shower. Other than that, the service of this hotel is awesome!

Hotel ayant un peu vécu mais encore correct.

L'hôtel est un peu defraichi et a du connaitre son heure de gloire dans les années 80. Il est cependant suffisant pour attendre son vol. Il est à 10min. De train de l'aéroport international d'Osaka.

天候不良の為、急遽こちらのホテルに宿泊しました。まずフロントの研修中の従業員は教育役の人が隣にいるわけでもなく、ひとりで接客。結果、領収書を渡すのを忘れられ、その旨を電話で連絡してきたのですが、言葉づかいはもう少し教育された方がいいと思います。敬語が喋りなれてないのが丸出しです。 部屋はスリッパが汚すぎて、なぜあんなに汚い物をそのまま置き続けているのか不思議でした。履くのはもってのほか、部屋にあるのも汚すぎて嫌でした。唯一、バスの運転手さんが親切で感じがよかったです。1泊ツインで2万でしたが、他に空いてるホテルがなかったからここになっただけで、次回以降は泊まることはないです。

Imagine a shuttle is leaving for the airport with empty seats, and you've chosen the hotel, in part, because it provides shuttle service. Now imagine you are told you cannot ride that particular shuttle to the airport because it is leaving at an earlier time than the shuttle you thought you'd take. This level of inflexibility and stupidity could not be less accommodating. It makes no sense, and is the poorest customer service out there. Just plain stupid.
