The staff members were very helpful, especially when I needed to fill out luggage shipping forms. Breakfast was delicious and dinner with happy hour was convenient and fun. The subway station was right outside the building and made transportation a breeze.

The receptionists are nice and the room is clean. There's public bath but it's small. It's near train station. (Exit 3 in Nagata station is the closest to the hotel but only stairs is available. If you have luggages, use the elevator in Nagata station exit 3 then cross the road). There are also restaurants nearby.
