Rooms were fine, but I had booked 2 rooms and the checking in system could not cope with that, (the checking system is automated and has 2 robot dinosaurs which looked impressive) but staff had to come out from back room and sort things out (there was a Q ), close to rail station so was good for early flight. (Good shopping outlets very close by as well)

Easy check in and out. Quiet area and good spring spa and breakfast. Room is little bit small but good location for travelers to take JR.

Not super close to the train station, but walkable. Perfect place to stay as a starting off point to other towns, w car rental near by.
