"One of the elevators was periodically malfunctioning, required climbing a flight of stairs. Unfortunately, there was ongoing paving reconstruction going on throughout our stay, which was very noisy and disruptive."

"I flew from the US. Arrived between 6am-7am. Was concerned they would either canceled my reservation or made me pay ahead due to my arrival time (happened when I visited London). However, was far from the case. They were so accommodating and helpful, that alone is enough to stay there if I come back to Barcelona. I had a triple room since I came with my two grown sons. The room was spacious and comfortable "

"Room was not ready upon arrival, was given option of different room type and allowed to view room prior to deciding. Staff was amazingly helpful, friendly and efficient. Shower was a little iffy and leaked into floor, otherwise very clean and problem free. Shopping area , food and cathedral is within walking distance and staff is happy to assist with taxis."

Overlooking the marina providing beautiful water views while in walking distance to las ramblas, Cathedral, market, shopping and everything the gothic quarter has to offer! The staff were even better—every person provided and friendly and warm welcome from the front desk receptionists, so the rooftop waitstaff helping me practice me Spanish, and my favorite staff member, Rubin, who was the bellman. He helped me with my luggage and taxis, but more importantly...

"Hotel is an easy ride from the airport via aerobus. Metro, city buses, the hop on and off buses and taxis are all within one block. Lots of shops and eateries everywhere. The hotel was wonderful, staff was excellent. Very nice. "
