We stayed 2 nights before cruising, this hotel was clean and comfortable. Our only disappointment was the pool, it didn’t seem well maintained and left dirty. The floor of the pool was very abrasive and had debris spotting all over.

I do not recommend this place. Our room door was open when we arrived. I discovered that was because the door did not shut properly you had to really pull to even get out of our room. I told the front desk and they said they would send maintenance no one came. I asked a couple more time during our stay I even told a maintenance person I seen in the hall. No one ever fixed our door. The shower handle was falling off, the water was lukewarm warm at best. The hallway smelled awful. The tv remote did not work either. I will say the room was clean however,

The hotel was very close to the main attractions. From the moment I arrived the staff mainly Kristi Rolle at the front desk was incredibly nice and accommodating always going out her way to make sure I had everything I needed. She was extra special because she remembered me by name. The room was clean and well maintained. Another highlight was the on-site buffet breakfast- it was delicious and inexpensive. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and a comfortable hassle free stay. I will definitely be back!

room was nice, but was not completely clean. We found pieces of trash throughout the room as well as a dried booger on a wall for the price of the hotel. I feel like when they do renovations, they should clean up and fix the spots of the spaces where old furniture was especially in the rooms. Hotel staff was nice and very helpful. Price for parking is absolutely insane especially when you’re already paying for the price of the hotel room. additional breakfast price was also way too expensive for what was offered.

The staff were incredibly helpful. I drove from 16 hours form Missouri arriving around noon. Check in time was 4pm. The front desk person Kristi Rolle was amazing. She was able to get me in a room almost immediately. When I had a question she had the answers. Although the hotel it self needs work. 1 of the 2 elevators worked. The only ice machine's only worked on the 2nd floor. I was on the 7th. The carpets looked very dirty at the 7th floor elevator. The pool was so cloudy you couldn't see the bottom. Parking was an additional 28 dollars. All in all I was disappointed in my stay.
