The hotel was amazing, the staff was friendly and helpful. Everything is clean, well maintained. The only thing that I’d improve is their breakfast buffet. The selection is very limited for what they charge for it. Everything else, 10/10

We stayed 2 nights before cruising, this hotel was clean and comfortable. Our only disappointment was the pool, it didn’t seem well maintained and left dirty. The floor of the pool was very abrasive and had debris spotting all over.

Black out blinds didn’t close all the way. Air conditioning worked but did not have an accurate temperature reading. The shower head was weak and half of the water was leaking out of the bottom faucet while showering. Front desk ran out of water bottles and I drank tap water throughout my stay. I booked a king room but ended up with two doubles. Staff was nice, lobby was clean. The room needs better maintenance/ plumbing is my main complaint.

I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Lake Buena Vista/Orlando mainly because my cousins were staying here. Overall, I’d give my stay a 3/5. The hotel itself was fine, and I was placed in an accessible room, which I actually liked because it was spacious. At the same time, I felt a little bad being in that room since I don’t use a wheelchair or personally need an accessible room. Unfortunately, the bed was pretty uncomfortable, and the water in the room never got hot. It stayed lukewarm the entire time, which was definitely frustrating. It wasn’t a terrible stay, but I personally wouldn’t choose to stay here again. I only stayed because my family was here, and there are other hotels in the area I would probably choose next time.

First off, major kudos to Kristi at the front desk. She was knowledgeable, very accommodating and helped us even AFTER our stay. During our stay, the entrance, dining area, elevators, and some of the hallways were being updated, but we stayed long enough to see the renovations on the entrance/dining area. Very, very nice. Breakfast was included in our reservation (though not parking). In you have to pay for breakfast, it's about 15 bucks. The room was huge and included an unstocked fridge (thank you!) and a microwave. Nice. Comfortable king bed, great view, and all rooms are just steps from the elevator, a big plus in my book having just stayed at the Aria in Vegas where it felt like walking a block to get to them. Just a word of caution if going to Disney, There is a shuttle that serves a lot of the hotels in the immediate area, but they have one morning pickup and one late afternoon return. Some hotels in other areas have it hourly. That said, restaurants are right up the street, and the exit from I-4 to Disney is one exit away. This is important because I-4 is a zoo. I will absolutely stay here again when in the area.
