Staff were friendly and room were clean on arrival. The problem we had was pillows were flat. We had to request cleaning they don’t clean. If we needed any extra towels we also had to request it and pick them up. The shower head didn’t have pressure.

Great location, easy access. Pool area nice. Room, spacious but the bed squeaked all the time from the metal Base??? I appreciate that they offer the breakfast, BUT the setup is a mess. 2 waffle makers and people lined up to make them, 3 minutes each. Then they stand there and make another. The toaster is stuck in the corner, down from the bagels. VERY unorganized.

Room wasn't the cleanest. Hairs on the bed. Only thing hot for breakfast is a waffle. Call the front desk, phone just rings and they are sitting right there. Vending machine issues weren't handled so money spent and no snacks and no one ever got back in contact concerning the matter as I was told someone would. Won't stay again.

Staff was very nice we came late on Friday night they were very nice and welcoming however bathroom floor was dirty the bed sheets were stained . Smelled like mildew luckily I always come prepared with blankets and Lysol and fabric spray room spray for my allergies etc breakfast was okay no protein but my kids wash waffles Overall not a terrible we go to sleep we don’t spent time in hotel . We use to take quick showers and leave out the parks . I have stayed in way better for the same price often.
