"This property is located in the heart of Trastevere. I stayed here for 2 nights and it was sufficient. Just note that this is not a typical hotel but an apartment and so the front desk is only available at certain times of the day. Any assistance beyond that hours is promptly addressed via WhatsApp."

"We couldn't be happier about our stay! Ursula sent her son to meet us because our arrival timing was off and he was simply delightful. The entire arrangement was excellent. You have your own room and bathroom and a shared kitchen that's open 24/7. No set time for breakfast. It's literally a 90 second walk to Tiber Island. PLENTY of shopping within walking distance. We will definitely be keeping the info for our next trip to Rome."

"Mini supermarket across the small piazza was very handy. Taxi rank, bus stop and tram stop outside. Room was lovely and in excellent condition. I didn't use the breakfast items but enjoyed the cookies with a coffee after dinner. Walk to many cafes and trattorias and to the historic part of Rome. Couldn't have been better."

Frühstück ist Selbstbedienung und für jeden Geschmack ist etwas vorhanden. Es kann jeder zeit zubereitet werden. Kaffee, Kuchen, Obst usw immer vorhanden. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, aber dennoch ruhig. Busse, Strassenbahn in 2 min zu erreichen. Wir haben uns da sehr wohl gefühlt und emfehlen es jedem weiter! Mille grazie Ursula!"

She lives on the same floor as the apartments she rents so is easily accessible if needed. It felt very secure. The doors into the apartments are pretty close to each other but we didn’t hear any sounds from neighboring rooms. Our flight got changed and the team were super helpful when we requested a date change, and his meant a room chance which was totally fine as the accommodation was very appreciated. Our second room was a bit loud, we could hear people coming and going and the plumbing in the walls, not a deal breaker but I bit disappointing. Das Schlafsofa eignet sich allerdings nur bedingt als Schlafplatz, für uns war es ok, aber wenn man Rückenprobleme hat wird es schwierig, da die Matratze ziemlich durchgelegen ist.
