"We were excited to stay in this property until we checked in. Old. Badly worn. One elevator functioning. $37/day extra cost for parking that isn't secure. In the end could have stayed in a very nice hotel for the same price. Don't believe the photos!"

For those that like to walk to Monserrat Ave and Kapahulu Ave for good at reasonable prices, The Twin Fin location is 10/10. "

"I usually don’t leave reviews, but this stay was disappointing enough that I feel I should. The property was not well maintained at all. The room was very dirty, with worn and stained cushions, and even the toilet seat was broken and dirty curtains. The pool area and restaurant were also not clean — even under the tables looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned. One of the biggest issues was the balcony sliding door, which was extremely loud. We were woken up multiple times throughout the night by neighboring guests opening and closing theirs. After two days, we decided to cancel the rest of our stay and move to another hotel. This was very inconvenient and ended up costing us more money. Overall, the experience was far below expectations, and I hope the management takes steps to improve the condition and cleanliness of the property."
