"- Upon check in they said they “upgraded” our room.. what they meant was, we paid the same price to go from a King size bed to 2 double beds. Beds were terribly uncomfortable. - Only 1 working elevator for a majority of the stay.. so you’d have to wait up to 10 minutes for a free elevator - The hotel can be pretty loud at night making it difficult to sleep, especially if your bed is uncomfortable - The TV randomly turned on by itself around 2pm. Plus our TV remote control died, so we had to unplug the TV A few positives: - The splash bar food and drinks were surprisingly good. The servers there were very nice - Great location to the beach, quick walk with a lot of options for food and drinks "

"Overall the hotel was an outdated property. After checking in we were stuck in the elevator for 5 min. While walking to our room we observed a domestic issue at the pool among other guests. On top of that our initial room was very dirty with stains on the bed. In our initial room our sink was also clogged. While the manager moved us quickly she only provided a credit of $50 which doesn’t cover a night of parking. This is not an experience or hotel in line with a resort. "

"I could see a part of the ocean from my balcony. I chose the least expensive small room with 2 firm twin beds. A/C works good. Wall TV too small to comfortably watch from bed. No chair or night stand. I had to park 5 blocks away at $50 a night. Coffee only in the morning lobby is just ok. Karaoke bar connected to lobby. Not sure what the $35 resort fee was for? No pool. I wouldn’t consider this a 3 star motel. 1 block from beach was the best. I would not stay here again but spend the extra $85 instead for a better place with parking, breakfast and pool."
