概ねよかったですが、ドラム洗濯機の乾燥フィルターが詰まっていたり各部屋で電球が切れていたりちょっと気になるところはありました。

部屋や水回りなど表面上は綺麗に清掃されてますが、エアコンや洗濯機のフィルターなどは全く手入れされておらず最悪でした。 こちらで糸くずフィルターなどを掃除する羽目に… ルンバもゴミだらけ。 あとエレベーターが臭い。 表面上でなく、隅々まで利用者のことを考えて頂ければうれしいですね。

部屋は広くてきれい、備品も充実していて過ごしやすかった。 チェックインもセルフなのでとても簡単だし時間がかからなくてよかった。 夜、上の階の人(子供？)がずっと走り回っていてうるさかったためスタッフに電話したが、寝ぼけているような感じの対応で何も改善されなかった。 それさえなければ静かで過ごしやすいと思うので残念だった。

今回子供の受験で滞在しました。住宅街にあり静かな裏道にあり受験生には良かったです。レンタカー利用なら位置的に北谷にも10分程度だし空港までも30分程度で行けます。室内は設備も整っていて綺麗でした。 出入口でて目の前がお墓だったので夜に買い物がちょっと怖かったです。室内全て大理石のような床だったのですごく冷たく滑りやすかったので滑らない靴下持参が良いと思います。夏場は快適だと思います。また機会がありましたら宜しくお願い致します。

チェックイン、チェックアウト共に時間通りではありませんでしたが、詳細に連絡をくださり、安心して宿泊できました。息子の受験という大切なイベントがありましたが、周りの環境含めて、息子もとても気に入っておりました。ありがとうございました。 本来の使用ではないため、要望ではありますが、部屋の明るさが少し足りませんでした。またカーテンを開け、ブラインドを使用しましたが、ホコリが溜まっていました。少し、部屋の隅もホコリが溜まっておりましたので、 細かいところの清掃をしていただけるとありがたいです。 スーパーなどの施設も近く、アクセスも良かったので、総じてとても良い滞在をさせていただきました。 次回も使わせていただけたら…と思っております。

401の部屋の換気口の結露が酷すぎて、凄い濡れていた。ホテルの対応と宿泊の内容には問題はないので、あの部屋が屋上に建てられててそのようになるだけなのか？季節なのか？少し滞在中は嫌な気分になった。

Pleased with my stay.

It was a good stay. A few upgrades needed such as smart tv and bedding. Restroom has a constant foul smell. But otherwise Considerate, helpful and good customer service.

息子の受験でお世話になりました。 とにかく清潔でお部屋が綺麗。静かなので勉強に集中することも出来ました。 欲を言えば宜野湾市の燃えるゴミの袋と浴槽を洗うためのスポンジが有れば良いと思いましたが全体的にはとても快適に過ごすことが出来たので星5つです。 また是非利用したいです。

良かった点は部屋も広くて綺麗でお風呂の隣の部屋なのに全くお風呂の音もせず後綺麗すぎました！ 悪かった点はトイレの排水の匂いとカビが気になりました。 それ以外は完璧です！

綺麗なお部屋でした。 キッチンに調理器具が揃っており、急遽簡単な料理を作って、酒の肴にと…楽しい宿時間を過ごすことができました。 また、泊まりたいお宿です！

部屋は清潔にされており、環境も静かで子連れでしたが快適に過ごせました。 気になった点は キッチンがIHなのにフライパンの一つがIH非対応のものだったので、管理人の方ぜひ取り替えをお願いします。 床が大理石調で硬くてひんやりしているので、テーブルの下くらいはラグが欲しかった。 あと、ダイニングテーブルがないので、小さい腰掛けできるような椅子やクッションがあれば食事しやすかったかも。 せっかく洗濯洗剤やハンガー、物干しロープもあるので、洗濯バサミくらいは欲しかったです。 部屋や水回りもきれいでしたが、窓の部屋側のサッシと網戸が汚かったのが残念でした。 宿泊前に担当の方と電話でお話ししたのですが、とても親切で良い方でした！子連れだったので、タオルも増やしてくださって助かりました！ありがとうございました。

ダブルルームに宿泊しました。電化製品などの設備は良いものが備えられており、乾燥機能付き洗濯機は、長期滞在には便利だと思いました。ただし、エアコンのクリーニングは必要だと思います。時期的に夜は寒かったですが、カビだらけのエアコンは使えず、凍えていました。調理器具もありましたが、使おうと思える状態ではありませんでした。あと、壁のシミが目立ちます。低価格ではありますが、もう少し改善が必要だと思いました。
