The condo was perfect, very clean, spacious and newly renovated. We had a killer view of the harbour from the 6th floor …. definitely worth getting a higher floor unit if possible. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, utensils and large fridge. The location is great, very close to the American Village, several supermarkets and Family Mart, and walkable to Sunset Beach. The only downside is traffic noise from the nearby main road which is a small block behind the building, however, if you keep doors and windows closed and use the AC, then that would not be a big issue. Overall, I highly recommend this condo for a stay in the Chatan area.

Great view, great location!

Location was great, easy to get to and easy to walk to American Village. We did the pre- check in to make check in easier and it only took a few minutes. We ran into an issue at check in but it was quickly resolved by the staff. The view was amazing- our favorite part. The pillows are ok, and the internet kept going in and out our entire stay but other than that we enjoyed our room.

DON'T Pass This One Up!

Every Room has a Marina/Bay View with Condo amenities such as big frig, kitchen sink and microwave not to mention the washer and dryer. The room was spotless! The bathroom was WONDERFUL! Wash and Soak after a Nice walk on the Board Walk to American Village or not... Check-in was a challenge but, a front desk staff ANGEL, assisted and made the process easier. Great staff for a reduced rate. SUSHI right down the street!

Stay here!

My stay here was for a month and I absolutely enjoyed living here for the time. I will highly recommend to coworkers in the future. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I learned some japanese words, Ms. Aya was very accommodating and it helped she was able to speak English. The facility is upkept very well and the room I stayed in included a rice cooker and a tea kettle with simple plates, tea/cups, pots, pans and equipment to make a home cooked meal. Induction stove top fridge, microwave, and sink to wash dishes also included. On the seventh floor I had an amazing view of the marina and fireworks set every weekend. The location was prime, right off 58 super close to Kadena AB, Sunabe, American Village and nearby restaurants and grocery stores (short walk away). The parking is limited on the property but there are plenty of nearby paid parking locations that are super cheap for the day. Only have good things to say and will be staying here in the future for sure.

Sign in was difficult. It representative was very helpful however a hotel guest helped us sign in. They wanted American passports or any passports but we live local. We just testing the area for our relatives who are coming to visit confirmation numbers did not work. Expedia numbers did not work a few touch up.

There is no on-site staff to help check-in. The guests are required to use the passcode to open the keybox to get the room key. From the informaton board, the passcode would be sent out to the guests' emails. However, we had never received such email and no need to mentioned that we did not have the passcode. We need to use a kind of online service to connect their remote staff to register the process and obtain the passcode. The whole process was 20 mins when we stepped into the tiny lobby and got the room key but there was no air conditioner. You can imagine how hot we were as in late summer time. The apartment is in a good location but the check-in service is very disappointing.
