Would recommend and would stay here again. Excellent location within walking distance of a Family Mart convenience store, many restaurants, a bank, and major attraction area American Village. Was able to watch the American Village fireworks from our balcony. Located a few streets in from a major road, but located on a very quiet street. We stayed in the 4 bedroom Condo Suite for 18 days with a family of 6 (two adult couples, two grown teens). Plenty of room for everyone, was able to do laundry regularly, cook breakfast before we headed out for the day, and have drinks and snacks at the ready in the full size fridge. Staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Towels, toothbrush, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner, body soap was all provided. All my questions were answered quickly before our arrival. You do have to reserve and pay for a dedicated parking spot if you have a rental car, but was very reasonable ($3.25 USD/day).

It’s good to have laundry machine and dryer in the room. Sadly has no pot or pan to cook but microwave works well. Staff is friendly, location is far away from airport if you need to have early flight, I will not recommend.

PROS: 1. Washer/dryer in unit; 2. Private Balcony; 3. Quiet location yet centrally-located and easy access to McDonalds, the TK-05 direct airport bus/limousine, and the nearby American Village; 4. Toothbrush and other toiletries provided; 5. Kind, friendly & helpful hotel manager; 6. Air purifier in room; 7. Hi-tech toilet; 8. Free room cleaning once a week; 9. Water, snacks, laundry detergent, and other items available for purchase in lobby 24/7; 10. Nice wooden workdesk with swivel chair; 11. Kitchen has a hot plate, tea kettle and good-sized fridge with freezer; 12. Available front desk support via WhatsApp; 13. Free same day luggage storage after check-out or before check-in time. CONS: 1. No daily bottled water provided in room; 2. Early check-out time (10am) with an added hourly fee (JPY 1,300) for a late check out; 3. Fee to rent plate/utensils for your stay; 4. Highly recommended!!

Place was awesome. Owner let me check-in even when my payment wasn't going through. He refunded me back for my unused parking days, even though I told me him he didn't have to. Quick and easy access to a lot of restaurants around. Really good place if you want something simple and inexpensive.
