People at front desk was very nice. Having 4bed in a room was perfect for family trip.
Breakfast buffet was so hearty and delicious.
And good location, many convenient stores ware nearby and close to beach.
The breakfast was really good with lots of options. The rooms were well equiped just a little bit older than some of the other places we stayed. It is right next to the Fukushuen gardens which was really nice to walk around and feed the fish. Also walkable distance to Kokusai Dori.
Good service and kind staff at the Front Desk.
Nice breakfast with various foods.
Clean room and full amenity.
Sauna is not available.

Needs an update
It was clean, staff was friendly, and great location. Downside was the the room was really dated, bed wasn't very comfortable and our mini fridge didn't work.
Room was not very clean. Dirty carpet, shower, and overall smelled strange and felt very humid and muggy. Staff are very kind

a very old builing with not well trained staff
Hotel is okay. 3-bed room has reasonable space. However, the building is very old including amenities. We had no hot water for about 5 minutes while my sister was taking a shower. What makes our staying experience even worse was their staff. They did not have any staff who can communicate fluently in English. By the way, we were asked to pay our room charge three times because of hotel staff's error. We used google translators for communication for the whole time. When I made a request to spark to hotel management, all of the sudden, there was no more problem about room charge. It made me guessing the hotel just made a change in room charge or mislabeled room price on Hotels.com but they were still trying to collect payment after we checked in. This stay was truly a horrible experience.
I happen to find this place in Naha, Okinawa because my usual hotel was already full. My cousin had done his research and suggested this place. At first, I wasn’t so excited about it, but when I saw the hotel and lobby, I was truly amazed how nice it was for the money yet u
This property was a great find at 9 pm and although it was challenging to communicate with the staff and breakfast buffet was not great, it was nothing bad on the hotel or staff just a fact that they don’t speak English and we don’t speak Japanese. I recommend this hotel to everyone who is staying in the area for a quick and solid place to sleep and eat
