Room was clean and location was nearby the train station. It was very walkable. Kitchen and amenities were provided. Hot water and heater was great. It was very spacious and I recommend people to stay here!

This property has no staff onsite. So you have no ability to leave luggage before check in or after checkout, so you have to use the lockers at the train station. Email on entry was confusing and required a call. I observed similar struggles with other guests. Checkin is all via keypad. Room was a nice size, had a kitchen, and sitting area (cushions were stained). Location to the train station was nice, but it is not bar any hot springs or other attractions.

Its a alright self serve hotel, good water pressure, safe and overall nothing to complain about. Staff respond within an hour or two of any message you send. The only thing i can really gripe about is that when you check in you get a little message informing you that you must complete a walk through of the place cataloging any damage you find within the first 2 hours of your stay, or you might be help liable for the damage found, that part kind of sucks but otherwise a solid spot

家族で6人で宿泊しました。 コンパクトな部屋でしたがダブルベッドが3つあり、トイレ風呂は別、洗面所にも扉があり、過ごしやすかったです。 10分ほど歩くと、飲食店が立ち並ぶ商店街もありました。

不快でした

同じ系列の宿泊地は、何度か利用したことがありましたが今回はとても最悪でした。まずチェックインの案内のメールが届いておらず入るのに苦労しました。、電話がつながったのでよかったですが、つながらなかったらホテルに入ることができずかなり困ったと思います。次にトイレが清掃されていませんでした。電気の中がとても汚かったです。トイレットペーパーも少なく、予備が近くに設置されてなかったのでかなり探しました。次にソファー前のテーブルの下ですが、前回宿泊者が飲み物をこぼした後の清掃ができておらず、床がベタベタでした。次に洗面台。歯磨きをしてる最中水が流れませんでした。おそらく詰まりかけてると思います。明らかに清掃業者の怠慢だと思われます。通常のホテルだとまずありえない。何度か利用したので安心していましたが、次回は必ず口コミを確認したいと思います。同じような投稿がいくつもありました。

저녁 시간 체크인 할 때까지 입실 정보가 도착하지 않았음. 숙소에 도착해서 어럽게 전화통화를 해서 출입문 코드, 방 번호, 방 패스워드를 알아내서 입실에 성공함. 밤 늦게 까지 방이 울리게 시끄럽게 노는 팀이 있었는데 무인 시설이라서 통제가 안됨. 그래서 밤에 잠을 잘자지 못했음.

予約時に送られてきたPDFをダウンロードしましたか開くことができませんでした。 チェックインの為のパスコードが連絡なく、こちらから電話で問い合わせました。 部屋のパスコード入力装置の表示がでなかった為、しばらく入ることが出来ず困りました。隣の部屋の方に教えて頂き、強めに押すと反応したため、なんとか入室できました。 洗濯機のゴミフィルターが掃除してなくてゴミがたくさん詰まっていました。 以上は少し困った点ですが、その他は設備もよく、部屋の広さも充分で気持ちよく滞在できました。 駅や繁華街へも歩いていけて、ステキな温泉が近隣にいくつもあり、夜は静かな場所だったので大変よかったです。

家族5人で利用させて頂きました。とてもゆっくり過ごせました。楽しい思い出が出来ました。一つだけ不満を言うなら、トイレの臭いが気になりました。ありがとうございました。

連絡がなかなか来ないです

・駐車場が1つしかなく早い者勝ち。 ・前日or当日にチェックイン方法の連絡がくるはずなのに来ず、チェックイン当日に電話問い合わせしたが3時間待っても来ない。宿について再度電話してやっと連絡が来た。部屋は一見綺麗だが、空気清浄機は酷く汚かった。清掃依頼の連絡して清掃可能な日時を伝えたら、清掃業者に確認後また連絡します。と言われた。なんの連絡も無いまま次の日の朝の突然清掃業者が来て、チャイムを鳴らした後、留守だと思ったのか鍵が解除されドアが空いた。子どものオムツを替えていたので対応が遅れたのだが、非常に驚きました。業者いわく、管理会社から時間など指定されて清掃に来たらしいが、問い合わせ後なんの連絡無かったので、来るとは思わなかった。空気清浄機を部屋から持ち出してもらい清掃はしてもらえたが、モヤモヤが残りました。 ・連泊する場合は朝、ゴミをドアの前に置いておけば回収して新しいゴミ袋をドアノブに挟んでくれます。 ・シャワーの水圧は強めでした。 ・洗濯洗剤は粉末タイプでした。 ・徒歩2分くらいの所に24時までのドラッグストアと２４時間営業のコインランドリーとコンビニがあり便利でした。

当日の朝までにアクセスコードをメールするとのことだったが、チェックインの1時間前でもメールがなかったので自分から施設側へ問い合わせてやっとアクセスコードがわかった。このようなことがないようにしてほしい。こちらからのアクションの前に確認の連絡があって然りと思う。

使えないコンセントがあったり、掃除が行き届いていないところがあった。トイレの床の奥の方とかほこりが。施設自体は新しくキレイ。無人で困ることはほぼなし。タオルや歯ブラシも予備があったので助かりました。洗濯は粉の洗剤しかなくて柔軟剤はなかった。ハンガーはあって風呂場に干すことはできたけど、小物を干す為の洗濯バサミ付きの干すやつはなかったので、結局洗濯機は使わず近隣のコインランドリーを使いました。駐車場は1台分しかなかったのでほぼ近隣のコインパーキングを利用。1日330円だったので安かった。

호텔의 위치, 청결도는 정말로 훌륭했습니다. 그러나 프론트 데스크 없이 무인 체크인, 체크아웃을 해야하는 것이 사전 공지 되지 않은 점. 그리고 이메일로 호텔의 주 출입문 비밀 번호, 체크인/체크아웃 방법, 주차장의 위치를 알려 줘야 함에도 이메일을 받지 못 했습니다. 그래서 주 출입문 앞에 안내 되어 있는 연락처로 연락했지만, 계속 통화 중이었습니다. 온 가족이 무더운 여름 날 주 출입문 앞에서 20분 이상 기다려야만 했습니다. 겨우 안내 직원과 통화를 했지만 영어로는 거의 소통이 불가능 했고, 저의 아주 부족한 일본어로 겨우 겨우 안내를 받아 체크인을 할 수 있었습니다. 또한, 안내 직원에게 제가 호텔측으로 부터 안내 이메일을 받지 못 한 점을 설명했고, 이메일을 다시 보내 달라고 요청했습니다. 그러나 역시 호텔 이용 방법에 대한 이메일을 받지 못 했습니다. 체크인 하기 까지 매우 매우 당황스러웠습니다.
