"Best hotel in Newcastle, no contest. Would stay again!"

"Good facilities, good location, friendly staffs. "

"Lovely hotel. Great value for money in a lively student area."

"Love the place and especially the baths. We have stayed twice -once in a deluxe room and once in a junior suite (Taittinger). Whilst spacious, lovely bath and comfy bed - it was noisy and light which was disappointing and didn't make for a great night's sleep"

"Super Preis Leistung"

"Well situated to train station, Eldon Square shopping centre, Grainger Market, Bigg Market’s bars and some nice restaurants a few minutes walk away. Room was decent although paint was peeling off the bathroom wall and some mould in the shower, so definitely needs a room refresh."

"The hotel is in an excellent location close to all Newcastle has to offer. Throughout our stay staff were kind, helpful and seemed happy to greet their guests. Breakfast was plentiful with a large menu of cooked to order items which were well presented and of good quality. Breakfast staff worked extremley hard replenishing, clearing...

Other than that nice stay."

"Good central location and great communication with staff"

"All good"

"Excellent customer services at Check in and throughout the stay. Great location, 2 minute walk from strain station. Really effective sound proofing and amazing breakfast choices, really good veg option. Would recommend."

"I enjoyed using the heated pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. Swimsuit wet bag and dryer/spinner were available in the changing room. It is the small details of service and convenience that makes Hilton a good hotel brand. Breakfast was great. I paid 16 pounds for myself and 2 teens. ( I wonder if it was free for children). Breakfast was buffet style, high standard. You can order fresh orange jucie, waffles, pancakes, poached eggs from the waiters. The room was in good size and clean. One...

"Everything we needed …. Breakfast was great!"
