The unique ambiance of the entire property was beyond compare. The helpful Staff made my stay unmatched to any other hotel. The grounds and exterior are beautiful. The people are extremely helpful. The room was comfortable. I would have liked a refrigerator, but not a deal breaker. However, the extremely loud air- conditioner was a deal breaker.

A Pleasant Hilton Stay

we were attending a near-by wedding and stayed at the Hilton for one night. When we checked in, the original room has a slight smell of cigarette smoke. The hotel immediately transferred us to a new room that was fine. There was lots of space in the room with many outlets for all of our electronics. It was quiet and very clean. We would certainly stay there again.

Attempted to use keys upon check in and were given a room that was still occupied. Corrected the mistake and gave us free breakfast coupon. Room we did get was noisy from heating/ac fan. Loudest humming from unit- all night long. Turned off the fan but it got stuffy in the room. Had to turn it back on and listen all night. Otherwise, bar staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Premises and rooms are roomy and clean. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Might consider staying again.

Stayed for a night, check in was easy, staff was friendly, easy FREE self parking. 5 minutes from small town with food. Building looks like a castle, interior is nice and clean but looks dated. Did not get to see the gym or pool Bar and restaurant open at 5pm same with room service. Room was nice and spacious, only con was the A/C unit was loud. Sounded like it needed to be replaced, I assume that's costly and quite a bit of work but definitely needed. Nicer than other hotels I've seen in the area just via reviews. Breakfast has chobani yogurt, cereal, eggs, potatoes, bacon, mango/fruit, croissants, muffins, Crumb cake, coffee, orange juice etc. Nice enough. I believe breakfast either is a fee or maybe included. Not sure. 4/5 for me.

The room stayed cold even when I put it up to 74. I did call at two in the morning you were gonna send someone up, but I was going to bed. I was only there for a wedding. Also it was very plain for a supposedly nice hotel it was just one Christmas tree there it looked very bland for the holiday holidays.
