Myself and my wife chose this resort for our honeymoon. We were so so happy with our choice!! The place was absolutely amazing in every aspect. 5 star gem in Nusa Dua

This property is justly rated by all websites. It is spectacular. Our villa was stunning with sea views. We really could not have been happier. The attention to detail was outstanding. Everyone and I mean every single person on the property greeted you warmly as if you are an old friend. Suardi the front office manager greeted us upon arrival and was informative and helpful with suggestions. The star of the show though was our driver/ guide Pangi. He is a superstar of hospitality. So good we booked two days of tours with him. Although some of our time was marred by inclement weather, we had an amazing stay at The Royal Santrian. We will be back!

Our recent start of the honeymoon at The Royal Santrian offered both highlights and significant drawbacks. Our villa was absolutely lovely – beautifully decorated, spacious, and wonderfully private, with a fantastic private pool. The general setting of the resort, including the main pool and restaurant, was also very pleasant. The staff was friendly and readily available. However, the beach was a major disappointment. Despite being beachfront, it was essentially unusable, squeezed between noisy and smelly water sports operators. Even worse, the sea itself was visibly polluted with plastic and rubbish. We felt the true condition of the beach should have been made clear beforehand. Food at the main restaurant was largely tasteless and below standard for our liking. The one exception was the romantic dinner on the beach, which was a completely different and excellent culinary experience – highly recommended!

Beautiful resort and a lovely trip

We came in mid-March and basically had the whole resort to ourselves. The room was very clean, food was excellent, and the staff super friendly. We did not leave the hotel for the 3 days we were there, and if we come back to Bali will likely choose this place again.

A little paradise where privacy is over all. The only point to reclaim is the aircondition that is really strong (only 2 set ups) but you need this in the night.

One of the best resort!

First let me say that I travel a lot for leasure and business and stay at high end resorts all the time. The Royal Santrian arguably is the best resort I have ever stayed at. This is a small villa based resort in Nasu Dua which is a quite part of Bali with many high end resorts near by. The service is simply over the top and the hospitality of the team is genuine. Special thank you to Taro, but also so many others that made our quite get away to Nasu Dua so memorable. In the suites, you have massive rooms and amazing bathroom with outdoor showers. The best part is your private pool. There is a massive beautiful pool for the resort but we loved out own pool and time together in our suite so didn't use it. The food at the resort is 5 star. The Sushi restaurant is amazing and the non-sushi options are Michelin quality. The service is just great and there is no doubt we will be back. The other nice thing is that there is a walking path between the resort and the ocean that is about 2 miles long which makes for a very nice morning walk where you can see the other resorts as well. We loved our stay! Thank you Royal Santrian for an amazing vacation getaway.
