We enjoyed our stay here and our group was great. The buffet breakfast was ok. They could have had some different varieties and mixed things up a bit. We got sick of the same food.

Wonderful family stay, 2 bedroom suite is perfect for our family of 6. Kids loved the waterslide & a short walk to the adult pool. 2 for 1 cocktails at the swim up bar at happy hour also another great experience

Staffs are so friendly and kind. Pool with slider is so good for kids. Easy access to the pool and the beach. Lots of family guests with small kids from Europe, rather than Asian countries.

I'd say more of a 4 star hotel with a 5 star breakfast. Although in Nusa Dua, but in the lower end of it, more like Kuta. Try Google map and you'll see.

Our room was lovley, always clean and the little touches like the welcome snacks and notes from our cleaners made it that much better. We also loved the lazy river, it added a different and fun experience for our whole family on top of the pools on offer. We also loved the amazing breakfast buffet.

We had high expectations but found the family paradise underwhelming. The breakfast was lacking. The resort was dirty. The pool had so many tiles missing and popping off plus smelt mouldy. The new lazy river was dark and we couldn’t see our feet and smelt. Our room had a constant sewerage although they had multiple times to fix it. The only good thing, the kids club was a winner.
