Super friendly staff. Some downsides were the jacuzzi not working and the pool tiles weren’t stable also the pool overall was rusted and just not pleasant to go in. Also our villa was surrounded just by trees so leaves would fall into the pool frequently. Overall maintenance on pool and jacuzzi can use upkeep. There is a restaurant, main pool, bar, gym and spa, plus a shuttle to the beach. The beach was okay. There were not many things to do, which made it more difficult to honeymoon here. Spa prices were really insanely expensive. Overall, the staff was great but the surroundings could have been a bit better. It’s also not smoke free, so quite frequently you’ll get people smoking within the outside restaurant area while you’re eating or by the pool area…pretty much anywhere is general. One big highlight however, is how nice the staff is.

Wonderful villas with excellent food including breakfast. Conveniently located close to Bali Collection shops and eateries. Only downside was that the row of villas we were staying is situated next to the motorbike park of the adjacent hotel, so expect lots of bike noises at 7am and 11pm when the staff come in to work and leave for home.

Had a wonderful time staying at the Amarterra. The service and friendly staff really made our stay special. Close walk to the local shops and restaurants around the area. The Maja restaurant at the resort was also great, a mix of Asian and western options for eating. The spa treatments were incredible, the ladies there were so accommodating and nice. Our villa was very clean and gorgeous, the weather was beautiful so we used our pool frequently. Enjoyed our stay and plan on coming back.

By far the most outstanding property we stayed at in Bali. Stunning, tranquil, and luxurious! The service was superb. The staff attentive to all your needs. Clean room that invites you to stay with all the amenities you could need! Dining and room service were both exceptional. Spa treatment booked with ease and we left feeling 10 years younger!

The villas here are quite intimate, and the hotel itself is peaceful and serene. The beach is just a stone's throw away, and there's a mall that's not too far off, with plenty of restaurants to choose from. The hotel's restaurants, swimming pools, and service are all top-notch, making for a perfect stay.
