Night view from room was wonderful

Direct to the beach, every room is faced to pool or beach. 24 hours shops ( circle k and local stores) are near by. But the room was a lttle bit old. I liked the pool it is long and deep. I'm 160 cm and water line was at my neck. So not recommended for children.

Very poor maintenance

I arrived with my family and the rooms we booked were horrible. I requested to leave that's when they upgraded my rooms to what they had the best. The royal suites. Big rooms but still needing a serious maintenance work. The restaurant is poorly furnished and provide poor choices of meals

needs work

Hotel is in need of renovations. Deluxe room I am staying in is dated and in need of fixing up. The service has been good so far but some in room amenities listed on hotels.com site are not available here right now. Many things on request or not available. The beach is not very good as it is very water sports centric so no swimming.

Disappointing

Blocked toilet on 3 occasions, dark dingy room, with little lighting horrible black cracked bath tub. Staff were rude had very limited English and breakfast was disappointing.

位置有点远，风景没有想象中好

原本以为在海边的酒店会景色很好，没想到有些鸡肋，只是便宜而以，从机场过来花了RMB100左右，从KUTA回来花了120左右，堵车又是一件成为巴厘岛的习惯，所以还是蛮痛苦的，算下来每天的交通成本已经很高了。不过如果是三口之家，为了避免KUTA的拥挤，这边还算是不错的地方，因为我们亲耳听到一个澳大利亚的母亲说她去了KUTA后来还是搬回来了，嫌那边太吵了。不过年轻人就....厄，圣诞节那天晚上海滩连人都没有，就算了吧

正月から約一週間の滞在でした。 ヌサドゥア地区で探していたので、セールだったここを初めて予約してみました。 ホテルは広いですが、お湯がでなくって、別の部屋でシャワーを借りたり、部屋もそんな綺麗ではないです。 清潔感をもとめるなら、あまりオススメできません。 次回はもう少し予算をさいて、ランクの高いホテルに泊まろうと思います。

hotel was old and dirty, food was so bad quality. Dinning room for breakfast not even has fan, so fly all over your food when you eating, soup pot for buffet in the morning do not has heat burner under so soup was not hot at all. Hot water in the room on set time: means not all the time. wifi only last about few munite then you have to call for new pass code again. we never has been have this experiance in the 4 star hotel. Top this hotel set at 2 **

Room is beat up. Tub and shower unacceptable. We have to ask for towel replacements. Safe did not worked. In short, the hotel has seen better days and on its last legs. For $135+ a night is not worth it even if it gives you a second night free. The rate of the hotel is very tricky. It says at hotels.com that you earn free nights and when you are all agog about it and all set up, you realized for a 4nights stay you only earn 2 rewards nights. Be careful of the fine prints.

TRAVELLED ALONE, SPENT TWO NIGHTS, VISITED TURTLE ISLAND, WALKED EVERYWHERE I WANTED TO GO, SAW WHAT I WANTED TO SEE, STALL WERE EXCEPTIONALLY FRIENDLY, GROUND FLOOR ROOM, WALKED OUT ONTO POOL AREA OR OUT MAIN DOOR AND ACROSS ROAD TO SMALL GROGERY STORE. MEALS, POOLSIDE, IN ROOM & IN RESTAURANT WERE BEAUTIFUL & TO ORDER. WELCOMING COLD DRINK ON ARRIVAL - JUST GREAT. ONLY NEGATIVE WAS THE DARNESS OF THE WOOD INSIDE THE ROOM, MADE IT FEEL CLOSED IN. I WOULD GO THERE AGAIN WITHOUT HESITATION!

Reasonably priced hotel ,not for little children

Very nice hotel. Not good for little children as there is no toddlers pool but a huge 70m lap pool . Breakfast was very nice . Beach chairs good .

Its smells so bad, its seems you are having a shower in a dsposal tank. The bedroom was beautiful but you cannot use rhe water!!!! Its not potable Really dissapointed.

Enkelt, prisvärtlågprishotell. För en liten peng extra per natt får man dock så mycket mer boende och service att tala om att det kan vara värt att välja ett lite dyrare hotel. Men detta hotel var helt ok för en natt eller två. Inget tryck i fuschen, inte rent, fuktskadade och söndriga väggar. Poolen är fin. Stranden utanför oscharmig o knappt badbar (stora kontainerfartyg, lågt o sumpigt vatten).

Great 5 night stay

The staff at the hotel are fantastic, always helpful and friendly. The pool area is beautiful to relax next to, with the beach just at the end of the property. The breakfast had a good selection. Cocktails were delicious and happy hour runs twice a day. Overall an excellent stay.

OK for the Price!

Rooms good value for the price. The Bintang prices are ridiculous for a 3 star hotel( more than double the price we paid in a 4 1.2 star place in Seminyak! I would advise guests to walk past Aston Bali to the Peninsular where the food and drink prices are great .. We were worried about the pool water which was cloudy and the use of a portable filter did not seem to do the job.

nice and quiet hotel with friendly and helpfull staff. Room was cleaned well, but needs an update soon. Breakfast very basic, coffee was terrible. Beach was not that nice since motorboats and jet skis smelled gasoline and made the water dirty. Hotel has a free shuttle to Kuta and back, which was very convenient

Nära till havet

Bra standard på hotellet. Bra pool som var hyggligt lång vilket gjorde att man kunde simma ordentligt. All personal på hotellet var väldigt vänliga och tillmötesgående. Alltid ett leende på läpparna. Läget på hotellet var bra, 50 meter ner till fin sandstrand. Tyvärr var inte området som man kunde bada på så stort och man stördes av att både båtar och vattenskotrar kom in på området. Nära till affärer och restauranger. I stort är vi väldigt nöjda med vistelsen på hotellet.

Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä, avuliasta ja huoneet siistit. Rauhallinen alue ja useita hyviä ruokapaikkoja lähistöllä. Syrjäisen sijainnin vuoksi olisin kuitenkin toivonut enemmän hotellin rannalta. Ranta oli likainen ja lukuisten vesiskoottereiden sekä veneiden takia vesi ja rantahietikko öljyssä, joten meressä uiminen ei tullut mieleen.
