Swanky new hotel great for families!

1 bedroom apartment comes with full kitchen and utensils, washer dryer as well. Very kids friendly with a lazy river revolving a restaurant and a kids club on site too. Awesome food as well.

The Marriot is a fantastic property, for couples or family. Great service and very clean. Super friendly staff, my kids loved the kids club and the staff. We will return next year.

Excellent hotel & staff. Beautiful tropical grounds and easy to walk around Nusa Dua, ride a bike, or get taxis to other parts of Bali. We loved our stay, the only downside is that smoking is unfortunately still allowed on balconies. This means if your sitting by the pool and someone starts smoking, you are breathing in the secondary smoke. There were only a few loungers near the restaurant where the balconies were not facing which was the only place you could be guaranteed smoke-free area by the pool where you were not inhaling other peoples cigarettes. If this could be changed to meet current health guidelines then I would not be able to fault the hotel. We had an excellent stay and staff were so hospitable & great with our kids, nothing was too much trouble.

We were invited to a viewing in advance by an employee via WhatsApp. After we passed on our invitation details and received a gift as a thank you, we were already looking forward to our stay at the hotel. When we arrived we were greeted by the employee. First, we were asked about our income and it was determined that our income was too low for the presentation. You feel like a second class guest. We will definitely not book with Marriott again as we don't want to be treated like that again. For us, this is very bad service for our guests, being divided into rich and poor. We have traveled a lot around the world but luckily we haven't had to experience anything like this. Thank you Marriott Bonvoy. FYI, we wanted to clarify it with the hotel. Unfortunately the only answer was a standard excuse without an apology. A pity.

We are family with 2 kids and have spent 4 nights before heading back to Australia. Had a lovely relaxing stay in Marriott NDG. Check in and out was really easy. Staff were very helpful and always ready to help. Breakfast options were great. Loved the washing machine in our apartment. The lazy pool was my kids’ (and my) favourite. Food from restaurant are really nice as well. Thank you for the excellent staff esp mas Ollie, the manager, for the warm welcome and great service for us.

Great resort, location is just okay

This was an amazing resort, in terms of the value for the apartment for our family of seven, the pools and other amenities, and the level of service. The kids loved the choices of activities and the kids club. We didn't eat at the restaurants as we preferred the variety elsewhere. The shuttle to the beach was nice but we only used it one day as the beach had too much seaweed for us.
