"The bed was very uncomfortable and the mattess was warped. The room was very small with no Tv and the bathroom stayed wet tge entire time drspite the fact that we had the dan on and the window of the room open. It was freezing ypon areical as rhey oeft the window wide open. It was also VERY noisy. They slso wanted extra money for more towels even tho we booked a 3 day stay Would not stay again. "

"Reservo y pago a través de Hoteles.com y me llaman de este hotel para decirme que no tienen habitaciones porque ellos no trabajan con Hoteles.com, que reclame a ellos los 44,99 euros pagados, los cuales me dicen que recibiré ese dinero en mi cuenta en un plazo de 72 horas equivalente a 3 días, pues bien desde el viernes ya han pasado 5 días y aún no me han devuelto el dinero pagado por un hotel que no he usado
