"Had an amazing stay at the altapura, read a few reviews a few days before we went and were worried, but it was great. Main complaints were about how hot the rooms were, which were understandable, but opening the window solved that. The other critique we read was about the restaurants and choice of food for half board. Breakfast was buffet and had a great selection. Dinner you get 65 euros contribution each evening towards food, which you can choose from the menu of the 3 different restaurants...

"The room size was great. The structure of the shower, toilet, and sink was a bit strange, a room within a room and the sink was inside the room. The property has lockers to save ski equipment. "Great for families. If you want a quieter experience you might want to stay somewhere else. Lots of kids and the lobby restaurant gets chaotic. The rooms, beds, spa and staff are great! The restaurant food was marginal at best. Not a fan! But there are great restaurants all over so it didn’t matter to us. location A++++ right by the train station and out of the chaos of town. "
