"Nous devions séjourner le 7/8 après appel auprès de l hébergeur nous avons changer pour le 8/8. A notre arrivée la personne qui nous a accueillis (très aimable) ne semblait pas nous attendre. Le lit dans la chambre prévue n’était pas fait mais cela a été rapidement fait. "No joining instructions were sent prior to arrival. The resort had no idea of the booking because it was a private apartment rented out on Hotels.com by another company. I had to call to get someone to tell me how to gain access to the apartment. The resort were going to charge me for parking but I showed that the listing stated parking was included. When we got into the apartment there were no towels or bedding. Had to call again. Was told that the listing stated that this was not included....

Les Chalets du Mont d’Arbois & Spa

10/10 Excellent

"Amazing stag at Les Monts d'Arbois. Service was great especially the shuttles to go the nearby ski lift or city center. The swimming pool is beautiful and great after a ski session. The hotel is very kid friendly and they loved the kids club room. The room (suite Edmond) is large and nicely decorates with a modern twist on the chalet style."

"Modern, clean, comfortable. 10 min walk to Rochebrune ski area, shuttle bus runs every 20 mins to the centre. It stops around 730pm so you need to walk back but it's a lovely walk. Supermarket is in town so if you don't have a car, make sure you time it with the shuttle bus. Great comms with host."

"My friends and I loved our stay at Le Chalet d'Antoine! The hotel was very clean and nicely decorated, the people working there were so kind and helpful, and the location was incredible! The breakfasts each morning were delicious. I highly recommend signing up for them. We also loved using the downstairs equipment room to store our skis and boots. The hotel is conveniently located just up the hill (less than 5-min walk) from the town center where all the best restaurants and clubs are and a 1-minute walk from the free bus that comes every 20 minutes to take you up the mountain to go skiing! This is not a ski-in, ski-out hotel, but that didn’t matter at all. I will definitely stay there again! "
