Hotel was great, very clean and helpful staff. Breakfast food was very good - only recommendation is to get to breakfast early. The breakfast room is pretty small and gets full fast. Also, the location is not directly accessible by taxi, but can be ready with a very short walk after dropoff ...

Cross Hotel Kyoto
Great location very clean room is big by Japanese standards. Definitely would consider staying here again. Staff were helpful and we never had any issues with noise

KOKO HOTEL Residence Kyoto Nijo Castle
The room is bare bones. It’s for travelers who need a place to lay their head. It’s no frills. The slippers were barely more than a sheet of paper, super thin and flimsy.
