"Great location towards the south gate area of Old Town Chiang Mai. Basic breakfast, consist of toast, bananas, cereals juice and milk. Great helpful staff for tours and excursions. Pool and elevator is basic. "
"Booked and paid for 7 nights in advance. Arrived with no room was available due to their major facility plumbing issue and had to check into a two-twin bed room instead of one king bed as booked.
The facility was very old, dirty with bad odor. One of the worst sort of the bad odor was their dark color toilet mat. This very dirty toilet mat would had never been cleaned nor replaced for months.
Tried of this very inconvenience and decided to give up and moved to a different hotel instead....
"Un hôtel confortable et bien équipé. Le personnel est très dynamique,serviable et efficace ce qui fut vraiment appréciable. Le petit-déjeuner est varié même si tout n'est pas excellent. La piscine est moyenne : petite et ombragée avec une eau très froide. L'hôtel est situé dans un secteur calme de la vieille ville.
