"Remote location outside Rayong, in the forest. You need a car to get here. Overall quite ok. They have built a number of new small houses, big space for a cheap price. Not good: Bathroom door is only 160-170cm high. I bang my head sooooo many times. They really should put in new doors. No cleaning! I stayed 1 week for some business in Rayong. "Very clean and comfortable. Feels like a new bungalow. Great water pressure. Comfortable Thai style bed. No breakfast available at the resort. Food is available from Thai carts and small seaside restaurants. 7-11 is a short walk away. Across the street is a long stretch or tree lined beach. The beach like many in Thailand has quite a bit of litter but the locals try to clean it up. You will need some sort of transportation if you’re planning to go to town. Traffic is light most of the time....

"The hotel was great. I wasn't happy with the original room they gave me so they upgraded my room at no extra coat. The breakfast was buffet but when they were quieter the made to order. Directly on the beach with a good offering of food at a fair price. The lack of a working safety deposit box was their only downfall. Would visit again should I decide to visit Koh Samet in the future. "
