部屋は広く、日本食レストランも近くにあり日本人が泊まるホテルとして適切です。ロビー横の休憩ルームにはたくさんの小説があります。 カメオクラシックと隣接しているのでフィットネス・プールが使えます。3Fの連絡通路で行けます。

Rent, praktiskt och väl underhållet rum. Något hårda sängar. Bra frukost med flera alternativ. Ovanligt vänlig och hjälpsam personal, dock med undantag för hotellets chaufför som körde oss till/från flygplats. I övrigt bra transporter som ordnades av hotellets personal.

Great hotel & Location

This is a Terrific Hotel. Centrally located and walking distance to three shopping areas and a motorcycle taxi ride to the beach. Breakfast is great with lot's of choices and the entire staff is extremely friendly!

Very enjoyable stay, lovely pool area, spacious and clean rooms, fluffy towels in bathroom, clean fresh smelling sheets, friendly staff, attentive service at breakfast, staff knew what you liked and made sure it was ready for you. Good location to walk to bars and restaurants once settled in.

Apartment not just a hotel room

Beautiful new like condominium. With great rooftop swimming pool too hot tub’s with whirlpool jets. Outstanding work out facilities locker room dry sauna , wet steam room outstanding rooftop restaurant/California steak with live entertainment. This is a five-star hotel/resort if you’re in Rayong I recommend you stay here

Over priced

This is probably the most expensive hotel I stayed in Rayong as compared to Classic Kameo and Rayong City. However, the service is sub-par as compared to both hotels as mentioned above. I had to asked for coffee in the first day and for the second day, the coffee comes only after 5mins after the only waiter in the restaurant finished his other chores such as laying the tables when there was no diner waiting for table. The spread of breakfast is also worst than Classic Kameo. I will not stay in this hotel again if I have other choice. Looking forward the opening of Holiday Inn.

Good hotel, well equipped

Good hotel in centre of Rayong. Well equipped. Great rooftop pool. Wifi system not good - have to request vouchers each time and wifi in room is payable. Friendly staff. Most customers are Asian. Great breakfast selection.

Poor service, Room is ok

We stay at Kameo Grand Rayong on new year eve as a couple. We understand that it is new year eve. So the price is obviously more expensive than average price. But the most disappointed thing is their poor service. The reception at the time we checked-in did not do their job well. Poor manner and slow responses. We reserved king size bed but get (dusty) twin beds and they kept us wait for a long time to change to the right room. Very difficult to reach hotel without car. Room is clean and comfort. Breakfast is ok, but not impressed. The best thing of this hotel is swimming pool.

Great apartment & clean

Upon check in, hotel reception could not find my booking. Luckily i have the confirmation email to show them. But hotel kind enough to let me check in. Next day morning they found my booking.

정말 실망했습니다.

예전에 수영장을 이용한 경험으로 숙박시설도 만족스러울것이라 예상하고 2박을 묶었는데 객실로 주면 안될거같은 레스토랑 밑에 쪽방을 방으로 줘서 밤마다 의자끄는소리, 레스토랑 운영시간엔 시끄럽고 엘리베이터 바로옆이라 지나다닐때마다 시끄럽고 전체적으로 정말 불만족 스러웠습니다.

Gutes Hotel direkt an der Hauptstrasse gelegen

Sehr schönes und grosses Studio, Küche komplett eingerichtet, Badezimmer mit Dusche und Wanne wobei die Wanne eher etwas für kleine Menschen ist :) Sehr guter Poolbereich mit grossen Schwimmbecken und zwei Yacuzzi. Fitnessbereich mit Sauna und Dampfbad genügen auch den Ansprüchen von Fitnessfreaks. Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut aber der Service ist unterirdisch. Das Personal ist mehr mit persönlichen Gesprächen beschäftigt sodass der Gast seinen Kaffee gelegentlich sich selbst holen muss. Butter wie auch Yoghurt nicht auf Eis u.s.w. . Selbiges beim Einchecken obwohl als Paar angereist muss man nach einer zweiten Zimmerkarte nachfragen.
