"I wasn't there long enough to form an opinion outside of my arrival and room. My 2nd message from Carey Lodge which likely contained my door code and some entrance instructions would not open so I had a bit of a hard time figuring it all out while exhausted and in a lot of pain. "Super outdated BUT the room was super spacious and I genuinely felt safe given the state of the building. I was grateful as the other locations in that area were 3x the price. It had an AC unit, full sized fridge."

"Great place to stay. Excellent location near English Bay and Stanley park. We got the suite and loved the extra space with children. We rented bikes right across the street and ate at the restaurant. We would stay here again."

"Location of the property is probably the biggest asset of this hotel, walking distance to a variety of restaurants and to Stanley Park with beautiful sceneries and great walking paths. We have to carry our bags up some steps, not much facilities here like a ramp. Bedroom was very spacious and clean, bathroom was Ok. We have no use for the kitchen but is good that was there. I don’t know about parking. Overall, this is nice place to stay for few nights. Happy we did."

"Expedia acts as an email intermediary between the guest and the user, and if their application doesn't work properly, you have major problems because the guest can't contact you, nor can you contact them. It was a challenge, but we were able to solve it without Expedia."

"Always love to stay here when in Vancouver, a true home away from home. Has everything you need kitchen wise, a full sized fridge, washer/dryer, great shower and very comfy bed. Central location too, very close to the grocery stores, restaurants, beach."
