"We booked this as it was close to a squash tournament (2 facilities - its in the middle and close to everything downtown). -Upon entry I was regretting the decision, for $240 a night, the walls entering to the area from the underground parking were filthy. I could have booked many different hotels likely cleaner and safer with better amenities. Kitchen good - had 4 plates/bowls etc. Washroom good - it's a bit small Beds - 2 single beds is a weird setup...and the pullout couch was VERY...

"The room was clean and acceptable. The room had a broken door lock and the curtains needed adjustment because they wouldn’t close but was repaired upon request. Parking was pricey Service was excellent including valet, cleaning and front desk. It would be more comfortable to have front desk attendants at the front desk, many times they were in the back room adjoining and less accommodating "

"We loved staying here! We absolutely felt it was our home away from home. The location is ideal, close to shops, grocery stores , bakeries , the harbour and the beach. We hope to come back soon. The only thing to be improved upon was the dust underneath the bed. Not a huge deal unless you suffer from dust allergies. It only occurred to me when we were leaving and looked under the bed for missing items and the dust bunnies under there woke up my allergies. Other than that we look forward to...

"I would have given this place a higher rating for cleanliness if rooms were cleaned daily rather than every other day. On the day my room was serviced, I requested fresh towels, yet the used ones were not even removed. The bathroom exhaust fan was extremely loud, making it uncomfortable to stay in the bathroom while it was running. The kitchen lacked several basic items, even for something as simple as heating food. While the unit is well insulated from outside noise, internal soundproofing...

"we had a big car and its impossible to park it in their parking. took us fee mins to maneuver at their upper parking as there is not enough space for big cars. when we went to the lower parking we wouldn’t be able nor the car beside us to open doors. we wouldn’t want to hassle the car parked beside so we just decided to pay parking outside"

"Property’s location is very good. It’s well maintained and staff is helpful. Only thing I was not happy about was we had reservation that included breakfast and there was my wife, my 13 year son and me, and they say breakfast was ONLY FOR 2, which means we had to pay extra for son’s breakfast which is not big deal but to me it doesn’t make sense. Anyhow our stay was really pleasant and I we liked it. I gave them high score but they need to work on breakfast deal."

"Fantastic location and wonderful staff! Overall we had a good stay at the Century Plaza hotel. The hotel room was a little older but clean. It had a kitchen, sink, oven, and full fridge. No desk in room. Giant tv and it had all the apps if you want to log into your account. Just remember to log out of your account because it looks like it does not reset. “Dan’s” Netflix account (previous guest) was still logged in. Don’t worry we logged him out.
