In a residential neighborhood. Easy access after hours. Great communication by host. Quiet, calm, peaceful space. Shared toilet and shower rooms. Room #5 faces the street needs privacy curtain. Bed was fine but a bit firm. Plenty of outlets. Nice decor.

The house was very comfortable. They had everything I needed, I couldn't hear a sound from outside my room. I slept very well, had plenty of room, and everything felt clean and well maintained. I'd definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Vancouver!
