"This was an amazing option to stay at for two nights. We could drop our bags, do the Hakone Gora loop clockwise with a bus stop 1 min from the door, with delicious sushi and a convenience store nearby too (for breakfeast options). Having the the Open Air Museum and a train stop nearby was perfect. The place itself was tidy, warm, had all the essentials we needed, plus a generously sized bathtub (with TV) to relax after completing the loop. The views were beautiful too."

Rooms very dated, water heater and room heating are clunky in terms of use. Onsen ok. If you going by public transport- get bus and get off at Ten-yu just a few mins walk. No obvious signs for hotel until you just outside reception "
