We had most beautiful stay here, we had a room with the private onsen and it was so nice we almost didn’t want to leave the room! We had the best nights sleep in the comfy beds and the bathroom/ shower area was gorgeous! Would recommend to everyone :)

Breakfast buffet is great! Dinner is not worth it. The rooms are really nice and the private onsen room is worth it. It's a bit inconvenient to get to from the stations / bus stops, but I'd recommend.

This is more than a hotel, it's like being in a dream of relaxation and beauty. From the moment we arrived, the staff were so welcoming and accommodating. Our room in the annex was gorgeous with every amenity we could have asked for, the tub was perfect, and breakfast in the morning was delicious. As we soaked and in the morning during breakfast, we gazed out on the mountains as the storm passed, and it was like being in a beautiful film. I can't compare this hotel to anywhere else I've ever stayed. It's is utterly unique and truly perfect.
