The room was spacisous and nice however the lack of ice machines in the hotel leaves alot to be desired. The food served also wasnt to my liking but that is just personal preference.

We were warned and even compensated for construction noise on the floor above us, but we didn’t hear a single thing!
The room was almost perfect, my only complaint was that it was quite hot and as a foreigner the A/C was difficult to operate.
The fact that there was a Lawson in the basement was so convenient for late night snacks 💕

Only complaint was the bed was quite small for me and my 8 yr old daughter.

"This property is absolutely incredible. The view alone is so soothing, but the highlight - hands down — is the hot spring bath (onsen). Please, do not miss it. Yes, you have to go in naked, but it's truly worth getting over any Western discomfort. The experience is surreal. They alternate floors ..."
