"The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We were able to check into our room early which made sightseeing very convenient. The room was large and newly renovated. Parking was included and handy. Our beds and pillows were great. Steps to the WEGO bus for attractions, but close enough to walk to Table Rock as well. Will definitely stay again on our next visit to Niagara. This place is a hidden gem for the price point."
"Our area was so cozy and quaint, loved it. Bed was sooooo comfortable and the bedroom and washroom amazing, could do with an outside white wash but inside was impeccable, decks were very comfortable "
"Finding the parking was a bit of a challenge as was finding the lobby for checking in. More signage needed at ground level for easier access. Our room was not ready until almost 5pm. Upon check out we were supposed to have our luggage brought down from our room but no one got a call and we were waiting for quite some time before it all got straightened out.
