"We had a wonderful stay at The Sterling Inn. We forgot a corkscrew and the front desk had one we could borrow. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. We love staying at this hotel."

"I have never stayed a bed and breakfast before, and Im very happy I choose this one! The whole property was nicely maintained and close to all of the fun things to do in the area. BUT my number 1 reason to recommed Serene Niagara Inn is the hosts! They were both extremely kind and made us feel very welcomed. They have a nice breakfast selection that tasted amazing. Overall it was a wonderful relaxing place to stay. Thank you guys for making it feel like a home away from home!!!"

"Approximate to everything staff was nice"

"Although the location is a little away from the falls, I actually loved how quiet and peaceful it was. From the moment we checked in, every staff we encountered was so kind and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast was just as wonderful as everyone had said. At checkout, the manager refunded 55% but refused the rest and threatened to reverse the partial refund when I kept questioning the charges. A staff member also told me my complaint wasn't being taken seriously because I booked through Expedia. Over a...

"Absolutely an adorable B & B. The house is full of many antiques. Every inch of the house has art collections. The suite was charming and very spacious. The garden was spectacular. We sat outside and had tea one afternoon. We were there 3 nights and every morning there was a different hot breakfast. We had an opportunity to chat with the host 2 morning. They were very accommodating on the breakfast serving times."

"Only downfall is the parking fee."
