"Stayed here recently and unfortunately the experience didn’t match expectations. We arrived late around 3am and were given two rooms… one directly beside the elevator with constant noise, and the other had a toilet making loud sounds throughout the night. Between the two rooms, neither of us were able to get proper sleep. We raised the issue with the hotel in the morning and were advised to contact Expedia, which didn’t feel like much ownership on the hotel’s side. The location is great and the property itself has potential, but room quality and noise control need serious attention. After a long day of travel, a good night’s sleep is the bare minimum… and unfortunately that wasn’t the case here."

"Hotel was very clean and the Fallsview room was wonderful. The staff was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early. It was a little difficult to walk back to the hotel from the falls. Overall, I’d stay there again."
