"Excellent customer service, very friendly and helpful front desk personnel! Spacious, hardwood/floating floors. Liquid soap and lotion dispensers are great amenities, conveniently located next to bathroom sink! Surface parking lot has no cameras or anyone on duty - rate too expensive - I think parking should be included with stay. Kitchen (full-size refrigerator) very accommodating. I'm a germaphobe - few crumbs spotted in microwave & floors didn't seem RECENTLY vacuumed - they weren't filthy....

"Me and my wife booked here for our anniversary trip. And I must say, it was the right call. Location was good, it wasn’t too far away from the main strip of Niagara Falls Falls, (about 4 blocks away). So it was still in walking distance, which was nice. They have free parking at the property, which is nice, so you can keep your car there if you want to walk. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. They always kept the rooms, nice and clean, and Rosanna was there to make us breakfast...

"Although an older establishment it has been refurbished and is in great shape. The rooms were spotless, comfy beds and choices of four pillows pending stiffness preference. Thecheck in and put was seamless. All staff were properly attire, friendly and welcoming. The kitchen dining facility was again spotless, well thought put re placement of cereals, to toasters, pastry locations. "Room decor is dated but clean nonetheless. Beds were comfortable. Very convenient location on Clifton Hill. Parking is $15 and I find that reasonable. Would be nicer if parking was included in the room price though. I would likely stay again."
