"Lovely hotel, right on Marina and beside Bowen’s Wharf. Walkable to all of downtown. Downside: amenity fee of $35/night The amenities were ONE water in room on arrival day. Should have supplied each day for $35 each nite. Other amenities were access to kayaks and indoor pool.I believe there was still a charge to use kayaks. Also parking was $35/ nite. I feel that guests should not have to pay at the hotel they are paying to stay at. Otherwise, lovely hotel. We ate breakfast at their outdoor...
