"Really handy location. Enjoyed the spa bath in the room. Helpful staff and just an enjoyable stay."

"Had a good stay. Could've done with a firmer mattress as that's my preference. Other than that it was all good."

"Good for business trip. Top location in Palmy. Very convenient as upper levels of the Plaza mall. Easy walking distance to everything."

"Location was walking distance to supermarket, burger king, garages and township also. Check in easy and hosts friendly. Establishment was dated but surfice, rooms cleaned well & comfy bed. Unfortunately I was dissapointed over the stench of what I believe were smelly carpets, no underlay for comfort and odour throughout the room in curtains, furniture. Comfy double bed. "Easy check in and check out."

"Owners are so friendly and obliging. Let us store our luggage during the day for our late flight. Comfy beds and warm room."

"Central, very handy to basically everything we needed while in Palmerston Nth. Comfortable bed, good heating, excellent shower, would definitely book again."

"The old man who welcomed us was so nice and friendly and helpful! Definitely made us feel more relaxed as we arrived relatively late at night. Basic hotel amenities, good for a stopover before we go on our way the next day. Bed seems to be in need for a change. Was sinking into the center. Me and my wife keep getting stuck in the center. TV console seems like on the brink of breaking. But otherwise, very clean old (i assumed from the decor) hotel."

"Great place to stay when away on business"

"Lovely stay. Clean, modern apartment. Only a 15 to 20 minute walk to center Would stay again."
