The lovely folks running Kauri Court gave a very warm welcome, including nearby sites to see and the best place to get an ice cream. The 2-bedroom unit we stayed in was very tidy and clean, and when I say clean I mean clean! The carpets, the tiles, bathrooms, everything. There is a full-sized fridge/freezer, oven, hob (with extractor fan), and even a dish drawer so it was like being at home. The kitchen was very well appointed, with way more cutlery, utensils, pots, and pans than I've ever seen at a motel. The bedrooms were warm and big, and the beds were soft with crisp, clean sheets. The cleaning crew were so lovely too. This was very much a home away from home. We felt comfortable and very much enjoyed our stay here.

Stayed for one night. Very welcoming when we arrived. Booked the room with the spa bath so was given bubble bath and a plastic light to use which was a cute touch. A quick walk to the Victoria esplanade which was a great place for our child to burn some energy. Would stay again.
