"I have to say I waa really surprised at how nice this place was. The only issue for me (being a bigger bloke) was i couldn't fit in the shower as it only has a s.mall opening but I was able to get around ."

"The staff was excellent. Possibly the kindest and most helpful of any hotel I've visited, and I've been to a lot. My issues were unique to our needs. 1. We needed the laundry facilities, and although they are listed here on Expedia, they do not have any. 2. We needed access to halls 1-4 at the NEC. The "16 minute walk" that is listed is to the other side of the NEC. Unfortunately this meant we actually had a 40 minute walk there and back each day. If those weren't issues, I would happy...

"Charming pub with rooms in the courtyard. Each one had parking outside. Very spacious room with comfortable bed, smart tv and tea & coffee making facilities. Good size en suite with great shower. Towels provided along with a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Breakfast was made to order along with continental options. Staff friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. "

"Regina was an absolute star wonderfully sunny disposition. Helpful about where to eat. Rooms are spacious and ensuite too. Breakfast is self serve continental with a good choice, however, you can cook your own in the kitchen which has all amenities. Plenty room for parking. Big lounge room. Door leads.from Breakfast.l room out to the garden which is well maintained. Squirrels, ducks,coots and.other garden birds can be seen. A very nice place.to stay, quiet and relaxing."

"Very disappointing stay and certainly not the standard advertised. We booked a half-board stay after seeing the hotel’s own advertising which stated guests could enjoy a “3-course set menu dinner”. Instead, we were presented with a buffet that was of extremely poor quality. The carvery meats were largely inedible, vegetables were either undercooked or poor quality, and some items appeared frozen or improperly prepared.
