Empire Hotel
"Air conditioning don’t work, they switched us rooms after 16 hours of our room being 89 in 100 degree weather. No accommodations. We were told a price for valet parking for the bill it was almost 60 dollars more. Staff were not helpful or polite. Not clean and very outdated."

"Great hotel and even better customer service! The rooms are small but well maintained and clean. The cute bakery next door was perfect. The only critique is the noise level. At times, you can hear your neighbors. Otherwise, looking forward to returning again."

"First time staying here and first time staying in the Upper West Side. Definitely will be returning. Upon checking in, we were greeted by Debra. She made us feel welcome and was very friendly. We showed up 3 hours prior to our check-in time and she was very accommodating."
