NEW YORKER BY LOTTE HOTELS
"Room was small even when we upgraded to the executive. Also expensive and aged. The bathroom fixtures and TV were particularly dated. The ‘free’ breakfast wasn’t really a free breakfast but instead a bagel and a cup of coffee. I paid a lot for this stay and was very disappointed."

"The entire stay our TV did not work, there was a leak under the bathroom sink that wet all my things and we asked for towels and these services to be addressed but they never were. The room also had a mildew smell which I pray wasn't hidden mold. I understand it's a new place but they aren't very ..."

Pod Times Square
"I loved staying at the pod, because it was clean and exactly what was advertised. Personally, I went at a time while they were construction and I feel like we didnt have access to the entire amenities which looked beautiful. Otherwise loved it"
