The staff was just amazing. The beds were very comfortable. The shower was the best part of it all but actually, I just really enjoyed staying here me and my family. We plan on coming back again.

The shuttle service was great!!! The room was clean and staff very helpful. The breakfast was great. The only issue was there was no trash can space to throw away your plates from breakfast. Maybe just add a few more trash cans in the breakfast section. Great place to stay in NYC!!!
